The Thermal Zero Aluminized Heat Blanket will help to keep what needs to stay cool, cool or the opposite. On one side we use the same thermal fiber material we use in out heat wrap which is as thick as our thickest wrap (1/8, which is pretty thick). The flexible aluminum shielding material on the other side makes it so it can be used anywhere from the firewall, to the outside of an air intake tube to a exhaust manifold for a heat shield. Our Aluminized mat can withstand temperatures of up to and over 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. Our wraps contain NO ASBESTOS.
